  • raisins - 150 g;
  • cranberries - 50 g;
  • kernels of nuts;
  • thick jam from apricots or from any other fruit.

Manufacturing process

  • Yeast should be poured warm milk (about 40 degrees), pour 0.5 tablespoons of sugar and meticulously mix. Beat eggs and sugar.
  • In a container with diluted yeast pour 0.5 cups of flour and knead. Cover the dishes with a film or cloth, put in a warm place for an hour.
  • Raise the raisins with hot water, let it swell, after a few minutes drain the liquid. Rinse, put on a towel and let dry. Raisin roll in flour.
  • Put a pinch of salt, vanilla sugar, sour cream, softened butter, and a sweet egg mass in the risen brew. Mix all.
  • Thoroughly sift flour. Stir with a spoon until a ball is formed from the dough.
  • Grease the bowl with vegetable oil. Put the dough in it, cover with a cloth. Let stand for a couple of hours.
  • The ball will need to be pressed once. The dough then rises and becomes lush.
  • Then add the raisins and divide it equally into three parts. Put everything in 3 identical forms.
  • At the bottom of the multi-cooker bowl, place the stand, placing all 3 forms on it.
  • First, for half an hour, you should connect the "Warm-up" option. Do not open the lid until the dough rises.
  • After the option "Baking" is turned on, for an hour and a half or a bit more, depending on the size of the molds.
  • The finished product can be decorated with raisins, kernels of nuts, candied cranberries, dried fruits and multi-colored sprinkles.
